RTI, 504 & Electronic Portfolio

Discover-e is focused on initiatives that promote student and parent awareness of individual progress through Response to Intervention (RTI), 504 and Electronic Portfolio modules. 

The RTI module allows districts to track all student progress on assessments.  Progress is monitored through each tier of intervention.  Historical records are transferred seamlessly from grade to grade, school to school and from general education to special education. 

The 504 module allows districts to create 504 plans and monitor their effectiveness at the classroom, school and district level.  The secure database protects the information from being misplaced as students transition between schools or from general education to special education. 

The Electronic Portfolio module allows students, teachers, and parents to compile a student’s resume of triumphs and best works from their educational career. Individual Learning Plans are created through the portfolio module based on the student’s strengths, weaknesses and learning goals.
